Novice - a comprehensive three level pre-competitive swimming program for children absolute beginners; starting mid September and finishing mid July. The program is designed to develop comfort and safety in and around the water and smoothly transits towards competitive swimming. Indispensable prerequisite for those children who would like to become competitive swimmers.
The main focus of the program is the creation and the development of the fundamentals of the three swimming styles "Front Crawl, Back Crawl, and Breast Stroke". Swimming trainings are 60 minutes long and are held two to three times weekly.
Competitive Swimming – an all year around swimming program starting mid September and finishing end of July. Swimming practices are held 3 to 7 times weekly depending on the level of the swimmer. The program leads to national level and beyond. It is our opinion that only a swimmer who has been introduced to a proper swimming technique from an early age, can reach his/her full swimming potential.
